Sorgem Evaluation acted as an independent advisor in the valuation of an employee shareholding fund in the energy sector
In the context of the delisting of TechnipFMC shares from Euronext Paris on 18 February 2022, Sorgem Evaluation acted as an independent advisor to value the TechnipFMC ordinary shares held by the employee shareholding fund. Technip FMC also being listed on the NYSE, our engagement notably consisted in analyzing the market to determine if the market price was a reliable reference to value the fair market value of the shares in euros.
