Collusion

Collusion between two or more firms that seeks to prevent, to limit or to distort market competition is considered illegal.

Our goals

We step in to help our clients and their legal advisors by preparing an expert report in order to assess the damage to the economy and/or the damages suffered as a result of being submitted to anti-competitive practices.

Anti-competitive practices are sanctioned on two different levels:

Administrative bodies such as the European Commission or the French Conseil de la Concurrence (competition regulator) for all damages inflicted on the public collectivity (also known as damage to the economy);
Judicial authorities (Courts of Law, Court of Appeal…) to deal with all damages involving companies.
