Sorgem Evaluation recently acted as financial expert in international arbitrations:

  • in a post-transaction litigation, opposing the seller and the buyer, in the metal industry.

In this engagement, we acted as a financial expert for the claimant, in order to estimate the damages suffered, to answer to the defendant’s arguments on damage calculation and to analyze the counterclaims alleged by the defendant, during the written and oral phases of the arbitration proceedings.

  • in a litigation related to the termination of a contract, in the consulting industry.

In this engagement, we acted as a financial expert for the defendant, in order to analyze the damages alleged by the claimant. We have accompanied the defendant and its legal counsels during the various phases of the arbitration proceedings.
