SORGEM Evaluation acted as independent valuer for CASINO, GUICHARD-PERRACHON as part of its financial restructuring plan.

On October 2, 2023, SORGEM Evaluation was appointed as an independent expert by the Board of Directors of CASINO, GUICHARD-PERRACHON to give its opinion on the fairness for shareholders of the terms of CASINO‘s financial restructuring plan, drawn up under the accelerated safeguard procedures.

This plan was in line with the vote of the shareholders’ class and the AMF’s review of the prospectuses relating to the planned capital increases.

The report, filed on December 20, 2023, concluded that the financial terms of the proposed restructuring plan were fair to current CASINO shareholders.

In the class vote held on January 11, the shareholder class voted 98.87% in favor of the plan.
