At CIRI’s request, SORGEM Evaluation carried out an Independent Business Review (IBR) on behalf of an industrial company, in order to draw up operating and cash flow forecasts, and to present CIRI and its bank creditors with a plan for restructuring its debts (contracted in particular following the COVID crisis), against a backdrop of rising inflation which had led to a sharp increase in the cost of energy and raw materials.
