Claire Karsenti, a partner at Sorgem Evaluation, participated on March 13, 2026, in the symposium “Shareholder Disputes,” organized by the François Geny Institute at the University of Lorraine. The symposium brought together academics, lawyers, and practitioners for four panel discussions focused on general meetings, regulatory issues, procedures, and contractual matters.
Claire Karsenti spoke on the role of expert analysis in litigation strategy, investigative measures, and the relationship with alternative dispute resolution methods during the roundtable discussion on procedures.
The book “Shareholder Conflicts: From Prevention to Procedure,” to which Claire Karsenti contributed, will be published in the summer of 2026 by Legitech.
