Sorgem Evaluation assisted a French group operating in the food industry in the valuation of one of its brands, to be relaunched in the mass distribution market after several years of inactivity. This valuation work was performed in the context of the impairment testing of the company’s assets. In this context, our analysis notably required us to present the auditors of the group the impact of the detailed marketing analysis on the brand’s valuation.
