Transfer pricing issues in relation to an internal reorganisation

Sorgem Evaluation acted as a financial advisor for a european group operating in the drinks distribution industry, in relation to the valuation of an e-commerce platform. Our work was performed in the context of the transfer of this platform to another entity of the group.
