Sorgem Evaluation was commissionned to analyze the accounting and financial information that contributed to the pricing of an acquisition, and to determine the consequences of their erroneous nature for the buyers. Our mission consisted of studying all the documentation, the corrections to be made and their impact. We prepared a report detailing our analysis and providing our opinion on the resulting damages for the buyers.
