Following the acquisition by GROUPE ENTREPRENDRE, a wholly owned subsidiary of DANAE Group, of a controlling stake from Mr. Robert Lafont and Robert Lafont Participations—representing approximately 85.4% of the share capital and 75.7% of the theoretical voting rights of ENTREPRENDRE—GROUPE ENTREPRENDRE has filed an a Simplified Tender Offer at a price of €8.43. Regardless of the outcome of the Simplified Public Tender Offer, DANAE Group has indicated that it will not implement a squeeze-out procedure.
