Sorgem Evaluation acted as an independent expert in relation to the public repurchase offer followed by a squeeze-out, initiated by Axens on Heurtey Petrochem shares

Axens is a subsidiary of IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN), a public research & innovation agency, initially operating in the hydrocarbons industry and now operating in the energy, transport and environnement industry.

Heurtey Petrochem is an engineering group operating on two market segments: (i) the design, manufacture and building of tube furnaces (oil, petrochemestry and hydrogen industries) and (ii) the supply of technologies and units for natural gas treatment.
