SORGEM Evaluation acted as independent expert in CitizenPlane’s takeover bid for Travel Technology Interactive

In connection with the takeover bid filed by CitizenPlane for Travel Technology Interactive on December 21, 2023, Thomas HACHETTE, Partner at SORGEM Evaluation, has been appointed independent expert, in accordance with the provisions of the AMF’s General Regulations, to prepare a report on the financial terms of the takeover bid and to give an opinion on the fairness of the bid.
