SORGEM announces the arrival of Alban CABANIS as Transaction Services Partner
SORGEM, a leading financial advisory firm, announces the arrival of Alban CABANIS as Transaction Services Partner.
Alban CABANIS, 48, graduated from ICN Business School and Sciences-Po Executive Education, began his career in a Big4 audit firm (KPMG), then acted as CFO in a company under LBO. He then joined Deloitte’s Audit and Transaction Services department as a Manager, before moving to BDO France as Transaction Services Partner. There, he significantly increased the business, which in six years became one of the largest in the small and mid-cap segment in France.
SORGEM also announces the arrival of Jonathan ADRAI as Senior Manager Transaction Services. Jonathan ADRAI, 39, graduated from Dauphine University and CPA, has experience in Transaction Services acquired notably at BM&A and EY.
With these new appointments, SORGEM is strengthening its M&A Transaction Services expertise, complementing its long-standing expertise in Strategic Valuation and Litigation support, for the benefit of companies and investment funds.
