Morning session “Economic expertise in the field of damages related to anti-competitive practices and unfair competition”.
On October 17, 2023, the CNEJEF, chaired by Claire Karsenti, Partner at Sorgem Evaluation, organized a morning of exchanges between its members and President Gérard Terneyre, President of the 15th Chamber of the Paris Commercial Court, on the challenges of expert appraisals of damages relating to anti-competitive practices and unfair competition, and in particular the areas for improvement in expert reports on these subjects.
