Valuation of VOODOO and its various categories of shares

SORGEM Evaluation acted as an independent advisor for the company Voodoo. In the context of the issuance of new shares, we valued the existing categories of shares of the company (preferred shares, ordinary shares, common shares purchase warrants, etc.).

Founded in 2013 in Paris by Alexandre YAZDI and Laurent RITTER, VOODOO is a French mobile video-games studio, leader in the “hyper casual gaming” category. In April 2021, VOODOO estimated the number of downloads of its games over 5 billion.

In 2020, TENCENT took an equity stake in the company through a fundraising of approximately € 400m.
