Presentation by Sorgem Evaluation at the AD&A conference on the topic of Exit
On 26th June, Maurice Nussenbaum, Chairman of Sorgem Evaluation, had the pleasure of speaking at a conference organised by the Association Droit & Affaires (‘AD&A’) on the theme of Exit (from the stock market), chaired by Professor Stéphane Torck, Professor of Private Law at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II)
