On 26th June, Maurice Nussenbaum, Chairman of Sorgem Evaluation, had the pleasure of speaking at a conference organised by the Association Droit & Affaires (\u2018AD&A\u2019) on the theme of Exit (from the stock market), chaired by Professor St\u00e9phane Torck, Professor of Private Law at Paris-Panth\u00e9on-Assas University (Paris II)<\/p>\n

The conference was organised around two round tables:<\/p>\n

Round table no. 1: Anticipating and preparing for exit at the investment stage<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n
