Board of Directors of ATOS has appointed SORGEM Evaluation, on a voluntary basis pursuant to Article 261-3 of the AMF&#8217;s General Regulations and on the proposal of the Company&#8217;s ad hoc Committee, as an independent expert to give its opinion on the financial restructuring.<\/p>\n<p>SORGEM Evaluation will assess the financial conditions of the financial restructuring for the shareholders and will issue a fairness opinion report, which will be made available to shareholders ahead of the shareholder class consultation, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory
