SaaS companies stock market values have dropped these last few months, with varying trends. In this context, fair market valuations must be more cautious and rely on detailed analysis, notably in determining the net asset value of private equity funds which have invested in such companies. We can also question the potential different impact on share values depending on the category of shares analyzed.<\/p>\n
