Principle
Copyright is a property right giving a creator of an original work of authorship exclusive rights to it. It enables an author to earn revenue with his/her work. It also gives the copyright holder the right to determine who may adapt the work to other forms, or perform the work, or who may financially benefit from it, and other related rights.
Our intervention mainly concerns the author’s patrimonial right as it can be subjected to financial evaluation.
